The full spec.

How the whole DEAD BLOCK machine works — every mechanic below is either running in production today or explicitly marked as planned. No hype, just the system.

1 · Abstract

DEAD BLOCK is a round-based zombie survival FPS that runs in the browser, with a play-to-earn layer settled on Solana. The design separates the two currencies of the economy on purpose: $DBG is access and fuel (held to play, burned to own), while SOL is revenue (all prizes and player-to-player item value). Players are never forced to sell $DBG to realize winnings, and no mechanism ever adds $DBG supply back.

2 · Token facts

Ticker $DBG · Solana SPL token · launched on pump.fun as a fair launch (no presale, no private round, no team allocation) · supply fixed at launch with no mint mechanism · contract Gcen2s6nhqdYHDu99fJYq4Aumge8JwM56wDZksrmpump.

3 · Access model (live)

Play2Earn access requires holding $15 of $DBG, unlocking all 7 maps. The check is non-custodial: you sign in with your wallet, the server reads your on-chain balance against a live market price, and that's it — no deposits, no staking, no lockups. Tournament rosters can be granted entry exemptions for events. A $50+ tier (planned) adds long-form story-mode maps and premium holder features.

4 · Reward economy (live)

Creator fees from $DBG trading split five ways: 50% daily reward pool · 20% backup reward reserve · 10% CEX listings & liquidity · 10% marketing · 10% team & development. Each day has a Map of the Day — a fixed 7-map rotation (Deadtown, The Gauntlet, The Majestic, Whiteout, Moon, County, Dead Street) — and only runs on that map count for the paid board. At 00:00 UTC the day's board locks and the automated payout engine pays the top 30 in SOL within minutes, on a published curve (rank 1 takes 11.05%, sliding to 0.28% at rank 30 — full table on the rewards page). Every payment is an on-chain SOL transfer with its signature recorded in the payout ledger, with double-pay guards and a backup reserve smoothing lean days.

5 · Scaling the board (designed, volume-gated)

Paid ranks expand as sustained fee volume grows: top 30 today → top 100 → thousands of paid players at scale, adding prize categories beyond pure rank — streaks, bounties and committed-player rewards. Expansion is triggered by pool economics, not calendar dates, so a bigger board is always fully funded before it opens.

6 · The Armory: item economy (planned)

The in-game store sells skins, camos and collectables for burned $DBG only. Burning is the sole mint path for items, so each item's scarcity is enforced by destroyed supply — 1/1s and limited runs can never be reissued. Owned items carry a SOL value inside the ecosystem and can be held or sold to other players. The intended flow is a one-way valve: $DBG burns on the way in, SOL circulates between players on the way out, and total $DBG supply falls with every item claimed.

7 · Fair play (live)

Scoring is server-authoritative. Every run streams a heartbeat trail, and results are validated against statistical envelopes calibrated to the game's actual spawn curves; impossible runs are flagged off the paid board before payouts. Details on the anti-cheat page.

8 · Disclaimer

$DBG is a community token; DEAD BLOCK is a game. Nothing on this page is financial advice. Planned features (the Armory, the $50+ tier, board expansion) are in active development and their mechanics may be tuned before release. Do your own research.
